Almost out of thin air, Daniel Sest became the unknown but highly viewed photographer in the fetish world when his work with Isabella Sinclaire began nearly three years ago. With an eye for glamour and overall sex-appeal, Daniel's latex fetish and BDSM focused imagery has maintained a steady presence for Isabella's membership sites, DominationOnLine.com and
GwenMedia.com, her promotional site, IsabellaSinclaire.com, and each company's overall public image.
Born and raised on the East coast, Daniel began taking photos at the age of 14, around the same time his musical endeavors began. Since then, music and photography, both dark in nature, have been the focus of his creativity, providing an outlet for his otherwise reserved demeanor. Favorite photography subjects included females and cemeteries, though not necessarily at the same time. The music he created paralleled his photo interests, maintaining dark or sexual overtones, and were guitar driven over an electronic body of rhythm.
Now in Los Angeles, as Creative Director for GwenMedia and Ivy Manor Videos, Daniel is responsible for video and photo production, art direction, editing, DVD mastering, and web design, and alongside Isabella, oversees most of the company's projects from start to finish.
Recently, Daniel published photo works in a book detailing our nation's memorial cemeteries. Proceeds from the book benefit children whose parents were killed in action. His music, described in a recent review as "a macabre backdrop of Enigma meets Nine Inch Nails electronica," can be found on GwenMedia's film, Isabella's Toy, under the project name A Dark Star (myspace.com/adarkstarmusic).
More of Daniel's fetish photography, film work and music can be seen and heard exclusively at
GwenMedia.com, IsabellaSinclaire.com & DominationOnLine.com and on DVD from GwenMedia.net and IvyManorVideos.com.
